As we all know that Pokemon Go is one of the revolutionary mobile gaming apps, mankind has ever produced. Apart from that, the game continues its humongous popularity at international level. But here the thing is; Pokemon Go is designed to play on outdoors while exploring places nearby you and searching for different Pokemon.
But the problem here is; there are people like you and me who doesn’t like to go outdoors just for playing an android game. Exactly, It’s pretty much inconvenient. At the same time, the game is thrilling in its own sense.
That’s why I’ve decided to come up with a tutorial where I can guide on how to play Pokemon Go at home without moving on android device and here the great part is that; you don’t need to root your device.
See, I know you must have come across a bunch of online tutorials which tells you the same thing. But you see, here the thing is, many of those tutorials are junk and doesn’t offer value to users.
Here are the following steps you need to follow;
Prerequisites:
You must have Pokemon Go and GPS Joystick Installed on your Android device.
Step 1: Now go to your phone’s settings > tap on ‘About Phone’ section > enable the ‘Developer Option’ on your device either by tapping 6 or 7 times on build number or just by enabling developer option (if your phone allows you to)
Step 2: Once it is done, now under the developer option > click on ‘select mock location app’ > here select GPS Joystick.
Step 3 (optional): To ensure, everything will work properly, try set your phone’s GPS mode to High accuracy.
Step 4: Now you need to launch the ‘GPS Joystick’ app and here you can locate any location you want to (it can be India or the United States)
Step 5: You can location the location using Google Maps under the app’s interface and once the location is set, you just need to hit the ‘Start Button’. That’s it
Now you can launch Pokemon Go and you’ll see a Joystick on the screen that will help you to move around without stepping out of your home.
Precautions while using the technique;
Remember this trick is eventually against the Pokemon Go’s stature, so try not to move around too fast using Joystick as it may get your Pokemon Go account banned.
This method is suitable for those who are living in a small town or simply for those who don’t want to go out just to play an android game. This method has worked fine for me but it may not work on some android devices like Galaxy S5 or any old handset.
